Do I need this if I'm hiring a builder?
The builder is best at constructing your home. The more information he has about your preferred materials and finishes before breaking ground, the quicker your home can be built. If your builder offers an in-house designer or has a design center your probably don't need this course because you're paying for this service already.
Will I have time?
The course is self-paced, so you can move through it as quickly or slowly as you would like. It's meant to be completed during the design phase of your home, so the cost of your specific selections can be included in your construction contract.
