• Ideal for residential projects located in the United States & Canada (new construction, renovation, or addition)

• Includes homes of any size (additional fees apply for complex projects exceeding the allotted time)

• 6 hours total (2 hours prep + 2 hours live collaboration + 2 hours final documentation)

How It Works

1. After purchase: Send the Done-for-You checklist (emailed after purchase), send your drawings, and schedule your Zoom call.
2. Before we meet: I’ll prepare a preliminary lighting + electrical plan in Revit based on your checklist + plans (so we’re not starting from scratch.)
3. On Zoom: We’ll review the draft, talk through goals, and make confident decisions in real time.
4. Afterward: I’ll finalize the documentation in Revit so you receive a polished, coordinated set ready for your builder/electrician.
